Placing an Order
When you place an order in accordance with these Terms and Conditions it is an offer by you to purchase the particular product (or products) at the price shown (including the shipping and other charges and taxes) at the time you place the order. You acknowledge that by placing the order you are agreeing to pay for and accept delivery of the goods ordered.
We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. In certain circumstances we may need to reject your order. We will notify you at the earliest opportunity should we require additional information or have cause to reject an order.
Theo’s Music may change the prices shown on The Website at any time. Items placed in the Cart but not yet paid for are also subject to change and you agree to pay the price that is current at the time of payment.
Availability and Delivery
Items offered on our website are generally in stock and ready to be shipped within two days of receipt of your order and payment except when items are shown as ‘Limited Stock’, or ‘Please contact Theo’s Music to confirm availability’. One of the Theo’s Music team will advise as to the availability of the item(s) in question.
Discount prices shown for items that are marked as ‘Clearance’ or ‘Special Offer’ are only available on items held in our warehouse and do not apply to stock that may be held by our suppliers.
Title for items purchased on The Website remains with Theo’s Music until full payment is received for the goods (as well as any associated shipping charges). All risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to your address.
If you have a problem your order, please call one of the team at Theo’s Music so that they can assist in getting everything sorted to your satisfaction.
If your item is damaged or faulty, not working as intended or different to that which was depicted or described to you Theo’s Music will offer a refund, repair, exchange or store credit as applicable.
While customer satisfaction is our utmost priority there are some items are non-returnable. These include but are not limited to: special orders, software, print music, DVDs, harmonicas, mouthpieces.
How to make a return
In order to return an item, first contact Theo’s Music by phone or email to advise us of the nature of the problem. We will issue you with a return authorisation number which should be written on the address label. Please do not write directly on the product packaging.
In order to avoid a restocking fee please follow the following steps when returning an item:
- Returned items should include a return authorisation number (RA No.)
- Include the original invoice/receipt (you can make a copy for your records if you wish)
- Items must be returned in ‘as new’ condition
- They must be in their complete original packaging, including all protective covers and foam
- All accessories included with the item must be returned with the item
- All the included paperwork such as manuals, warranty cards etc. should be included and be in ‘as new’ condition
- The original packaging should be wrapped or double-boxed to protect it from damage
- Do not write on the original box or affix excessive tape to the original box
- Affix an address label to the outer wrapping/box with the RA number written clearly on it
Aside from warranty claims, return requests need to be made within 14 days of the shipping date or within 7 days of receipt of the delivery.
